March is approaching fast and the KY111 Annual Ball Committee and Annual Ball Week event organisers have done an amazing job at planning and organising us the KY111 Annual Ball Week to remember.
However, due to the current uncertain coronavirus situation, the KY Board has gathered together to discuss whether it’s possible to organise KY’s 111th Annual Ball and the Annual Ball Week events in the planned schedule. The board evaluated the guidelines of Finnish Authorities and had several discussions with the Annual Ball Committee, event organisers and others involved.
As a result, the KY Board has decided to postpone KY’s 111th Annual Ball and the entire Annual Ball Week to May 2022. KY111-Kuntis feat. Karri Koira will unfortunately be cancelled. The ticket sale of the Annual Ball will also be postponed.

The invited guests will receive a separate email with detailed instructions later on this week, so please await for further information. The message will contain info regarding e.g. how to act, if you have registered for the Annual Ball or if you have not yet done that and wish to do so. The DL for invited guests’ registration for the Annual Ball will also be postponed to 31.3.
