Hello! I am an economics master’s student who has spent the past year as a board member at the KY Foundation. My favorite part of being a part of the KY Foundation has been supporting the community through the Subsidies Committee. Seeing all the great ideas all the associations, clubs, and students come up with fills me with excitement! The KY Foundation plays a key role, albeit a quieter one, in providing KY with all the tools to unlock its full potential and it would be my honor to lead the Foundation.
I am a fourth year ISM student and an event technology professional, with a lot of experience from different associations, project groups, a committee, and the KY Office. I want to ensure that the KY Foundation’s real estate projects will serve the future kylteris in the best way possible.
I'm a third year Economics student with a diverse background in student associations directly from the get-go. I'm a very fast learner, naturally curious and I'm not afraid of any challenges. In my free time I play the bass guitar as well as floorball, and occasionally pretend I know what I'm doing on the golf course - not forgetting enjoying having fun! I want to take the next step in my KY career, and believe I would be a great student member on the foundation board.
I’m a fourth-year economics student who can’t get enough of KY! I believe that as an
energetic, positive and diligent person I’d be a great member of the board. During my time at KY, I’ve been on the KY-Sub board and in the Sports and Wellbeing committee LiHy. I’ve made unforgettable memories and learned a lot about teamwork and event organising. For the past year I’ve been in the KY Executive Board and gotten to know how our community operates and now I would like to be a part of enabling it from the KY Foundation’s side.
4th ISM student originally from the centre of Finland: Jyväskylä. I’d describe myself as very social and vocal person flavoured with good (but sometimes weird) ideas. I’d argue that Pepsi Max is better than Coca-Cola Zero. I think quick under pressure, love a good challenge and dominate at Trivial Pursuit.
Three and half active years at KY, and I still have the passion towards our community. With a strong background from KY and it’s associations, I feel that I have the personality, experiences and expertise what this kind of role needs.
Hi, I'm Marko, a fourth-year master's student at Aalto University (Biz). Since starting my studies back in 2018, I've had the humbling experience of co-founding and running AIC from 2019 to 2021, building the new BeWell program as a wellbeing tutor from 2020 to this day, and assisting in the development of several KY associations whenever possible. All with the hope of it somehow making tomorrow's KY a better place for all of us. I'm applying to the foundation with the same hope, as I believe KY would benefit by having someone with my background guiding our community to the future.
