Kerttu Lammi

Hi everyone! I’m Kerttu Lammi, a 5th-year Economics student with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. During my time at KY, I have been active in diverse positions, and most importantly for the RepCo Chair, I have thorough experience on advocacy and decision-making at multiple levels: within KY, in at university level, at the national level in SYL, and even in large corporations. To describe me as a person, I’m going with the cliché: my friends would describe me as reliable, approachable, resourceful, and kind. For RepCo in 2026, my focus is on three things: building an excellent and welcoming meeting culture, listening to all ideas and opinions, and ensuring transparent sharing and communication of information.

Tuomo Erkinharju

I’m Tuomo, a 5th-year ISM student, and over the past years I’ve seen KY from many angles, from event organizing and serving in RepCo to building our IT infrastructure, such as BMK. What motivates me most is making it easier for others to do their best work and feel at home in our community, and at its best RepCo has that mix of curiosity, cohesion and significance. That I would like to build together with you as Vice Chair of the Representative Council 2026. As Vice Chair, I want to focus on three things: making it easy to participate, supporting representatives and the Chair with practical structures and tools, and strengthening the sense of community inside RepCo.

Hi! I’m Milla Äikää, and I’m applying to be the next Vice Chair of KY’s Representative Council. Over the past few years, I’ve been involved in KY as an Executive Board Member 2025, tutor multiple times, and active committee member, which has given me a broad view of our community and how it works. Next year’s RepCo will bring together both familiar and new faces, and I want to help create an open, supportive, and inspiring atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and contributing to KY’s future.
