Hello! My name is Elsa-Maria, and I am a lot-smiling, active third-year marketing student passionate about the KY community. I’m applying to the KY Executive Board, because I want to make sure that KY's possibilities are available for every one of our members. I love to attend all kinds of student events, but when I am not in Otaniemi, you will find me testing some new recipes. In my vision, KY is a visible association in diverse business-related fields and is warm and welcoming for every member.

Hi, fellow KY people! I am Emma, a fourth-year marketing student. Some of you may know me from Aalto Marketing Society events, remember me as the Kylli Kylteri handing out overall badges or recall my time as an active member in NESU-KY. To others, I might be familiar from studying dedicatedly at the Hub. I am applying for the KY Board because I want to give back and contribute to our community during the positive change it is going through while shifting from a doer towards an enabler. <3

Hello KY! I’m Julia, a third-year ISM student and a first-year chemical engineering student, also minoring in design. I love being creative – especially through fashion design and creative writing. Alongside designing and writing, my hobbies include tennis and sometimes padel (even if I don’t necessarily know the rules of padel that well...). I’d love to bring my creativity and enthusiasm to the board, helping further KY’s integration into Otaniemi and make it an even more supporting community for its members!

I'm a 20-year-old first-year Aalto Business School student from Russia, now settled in Finland. After moving to Lapland, I learned Finnish, excelled academically, and worked as a lifeguard, building teamwork and precision skills. I value making connections and supporting others, and I’m eager to contribute to the KY Board, with a focus on Corporate Relations or Premises and an interest in Finance.

I’m Milla Äikää, and I’m a fourth-year strategic management student eager to give my best back to the KY community by actively serving on the KY Executive Board. I can confidently say that my time in KY has been something I will always cherish. In addition to all the volunteering experiences such as NESU-KY, the BeWell project, tutoring, and the Sports and Wellbeing committee, I’ve made friends for life, learned skills that will help me in the future, and studied interesting topics. I am motivated to influence KY’s community and start a new adventure as a board member in 2025!

My name is Otava Tuomi, 3rd year International Business student. I am applying to the KY Executive Board for 2025 to contribute to and develop the community that has become very important to me. As a sociable person with a positive can-do attitude, I am constantly looking for ways to develop myself and work hard for mutual goals. My preferred areas of responsibility are Academic Affairs, Internationality and Probba, aligning with my experiences as a trainee at the School of Business and as a chairperson of Probba ry. I’m Otto Lehto, a third year ISM student with an enthusiastic mindset and love for KY. I am also eager to learn new thing and meet new people. I have considerable experience in different volunteering positions in KY’s association some of them being positions as a board member. I want to continue my work at KY so that our members can have a community that they can be heard in and feel a sense of belonging. I want to give our members an experience that they can warmly remember years after graduation.

Hello KY! My name is Thomas, and I am a third-year marketing student applying for the KY board of 2025. I am an enthusiastic and easily approachable individual dedicated to fostering the spirit of KY. During my two quite action-filled years here, I have gathered versatile experience from both the perspective of participant and organizer. I am Toni Niemi, a 7th year ISM master’s student, who has an extensive background in our community. Previously, I did my bachelor's in the Mikkeli BScBA programme. I have been on the Executive Board of AYY Student Union, as well as the boards of my subject association and other clubs. Additionally, I have been actively involved in the KY and AYY Representative Councils. I want to use my vast experience and knowledge of the community to empower KY and its members. I want to represent and serve our business students by being on the KY Board of 2025!

Hello! My name is Vilhelmiina Vierjoki, and I am a second-year accounting student applying for a position on the KY Board. I am approachable, determined, and kind-hearted. I have a lot of experience and a strong passion to develop KY as a more inclusive community and a place where everyone can feel at home. Academic affairs, alumni collaboration, and Probba are areas I would particularly like to work on next year.
