Applicants for the board of KY Foundation

Hello KY, I am Weixin, a sixth-year finance student, and I am applying to be the chair of the KY Foundation. I have been active in the student community from the get-go, and I have a wide range of experience from the culture side as well as advocacy. For the coming year I want to use my experiences and skills to advance our Foundations purpose, with this role being a great chance to make a significant impact on KY. I believe my deep knowledge of the student community and my motivation would make me an ideal chair for the Foundation.

Hello KY! My name is Meeri Korpi and I am fourth-year marketing student. As a long time KY active,my experience has ranged from NESU-KY and tutoring new mursus to being elected to the KY Executive Board 2023, the KY Representative Council, and most recently as a student member in the KY Foundation Board. My passion is taking care of our community and culture, and ensuring that we create sustainable solutions that support our members’ needs and wishes.

I’m Otso Lammi, a fifth year Business Analytics student with a deep passion for all things KY. During my years I have been lucky to experience our community from various viewpoints: through RepCo, the KY board, and various associations that belong to our community. These experiences have allowed me to gain a holistic view both into how our organization operates and should operate, and what we need to take our community to the next level.

I'm Valtteri Häkkinen, a sixth-year student at KY in the ISM master’s programme. I’m originally from Muurame, Central Finland, and I sport an inexhaustible supply of talkoohenki towards developing (and of course enjoying) KY, and serving in its functions. I'm confident that my insight and vision will make me a good addition to the executive board of the KY Foundation as a student member for the next term of two years.

My name is Juho Ollanketo, and I am a fourth-year student in Information and Service Management. I have been at KY since 2021, working various volunteer positions. Now I am applying to the Foundation Board, as I want to give even more of myself towards making KY a better place for its members.
