One of the best ways for you to get concrete, relevant and career developing experience is to come to create the future with us in our summer positions. This year we are looking for 300 talents from various backgrounds and experience levels. We offer positions from all over the company and country with a typical length of 3-6 months. Approximately 35% however, continued to work with us after the summer period, over 92% of summer trainees recommend us to their friend and the top three things from our previous trainees were colleagues, atmosphere at work and pay.


But hey, we do understand that these positions are not for a lifetime (although they can and have been). This is why we focus on developing you by giving you responsibility and accountability while providing you the support and tools to succeed. During the summer you will get deep knowledge and expertise in your area and learn about the telco business in general. You will be challenged and naturally have good and bad days, but we do also make sure that life is not all work and arrange many get togethers during the summer.
