The voting starts on Wednesday, the 1st of November 2023 at 00:01 and ends on Wednesday, the 8th of November at 16:00 Finnish time.
An electronic voting system will be used on all voting days.
All those who are members of the Aalto University Business Students ten days before the start of the voting period will be eligible to vote in the elections. Eligibility will be determined on Sunday the 22th of October at 23:59.
All eligible members will have one vote in the elections.
The nomination form to become a candidate in the elections can be submitted online. A link to the form will be found on KY’s website at ky.fi/elections.
The nomination forms are accepted between the 28th of August and the 2nd of October 2023. The form is to be filled by Monday, the 2nd of October by 21:00 Finnish time.

The candidate list will be published in the following locations:
no later than on Monday, the 9th of October 2023.
The campaign advertising starts on Tuesday, the 3th of October and ends on Wednesday, the 8th of November 2023. Detailed instructions on campaign advertising will be issued separately.
