New update 6.9.2021
KY Board gathered on Friday 4.9.2021 to discuss the current Covid-19 situation in the Uusimaa region and how it affects KY’s functions in the upcoming weeks and fall.
The orientation week will be organized according to the restrictions set by the Regional State Administrative Agency (AVI). We are working together with subcommittees to celebrate orientation week more on Friday.
The Board decided the new maximum capacities for the event spaces: 80 participants for Saha and 75 participants for the new event space on Metallimiehenkuja. Meeting rooms will continue to be available at their full capacities: 18 people in Tuomela and 9 people in Contactor.
On the link below you can find the most recent information about coronavirus situation by Finnish Instititue for Healt and Welfare (THL).
